I’m finally pretty much done with this last chapter of life. Definitely got fucked over, disrespected, and taken advantage of, but I’ve learned a lot and learned who my people are. I can’t wait to now have time to settle into my new place, and start streaming again too. New season, fresh start 🖤

This owner and his wife accepted my rental application, and asked me if I’d do a two year lease with only a $30 increase on year two for utilities. Sure, sounds fine. Then they ask me to send them the security deposit so they can take the listing down. Mm, that feels sketchy and maybe illegal.-

I saw the *perfect* rental house today. I was so excited&seemed to hit it off well w/the owner. I gave my application&info he asked for. I really thought I had it from the way we talked.
