Many agree that small cocks are ridiculous. But overgrown donkey dicks are just as bad: malformed ugly big penises deserve just as much degrading. This doctor understands and explains what the team do to stupidly big cocks. Large Penis Humiliation with @elmssub.bsky.social now available.

New kink unlocked. I’ll take your SPH & raise you with BPH I’ve just found out that the opposite to Small Penis Humiliation is a thing for me. We found this out by showimg my cock & balls in a CBT101 class/presentation at the weekend & filming a BPH humiliation video yesterday. Video incoming.

A fan asked for a handgagging video - lots of HOM (hand over mouth), muffled moans, breath control and verbal fun with @elmssub.bsky.social outdoors. Full video now available.

In terms of therapy, ask your therapist what kink awareness is to them and make sure you work with someone who truly understands.

I just find it interesting that we are in the 2020’s and more than ever, we are battling judgement and pushing even harder for acceptance. It just makes me ask, how has it got worse, not better?

I am very close to finalising my dissertation on the importance of kink-awareness in the counselling profession. It will be available for reading soon. One of the primary findings is that kink awareness comes from stigma and anticipated judgement.

Agree. And possibly. Doing it in public somewhere would be even hotter! The problem is a major piggy side is attached to it and it will come out again

By popular demand, at 7pm EST (midnight UK) on Thursday I'm going to be doing a live show on JFF in my rubber uniform. I'm also going to be bringing my spinner for tasks... what instructions should I write on there?

It’s official. I’m a fully trained therapist 🎉🥳 Just had my degree confirmed - only gone and got a distinction 😳 It’s time to put these skills into action. If you want or know anyone in need of support from a kink aware therapist, with awareness of neurodivergence needs, then send me a DM.
