Verizon is testing my patience... If they think I'm gonna pay a $220 overpriced bill, they're wrong. I've called to get this fixed twice now. First got told to wait 12 days for their billing support to email me. I did so. Nothing. Called, then was told to wait 24 hours. That was 4 days ago.
