In 2021, New Jersey Democrat Phil Murphy narrowly won re-election against Republican Jack Ciattarelli. Turnout was quite high, especially for Republicans. In fact, Ciattarelli got ~50k more votes than Murphy did in 2017! I've created a map comparing this.
