I get that Valentines day isn't *really* a thing. But I have always used it as an excuse to tell my mum, my dad and my brother that I Iove them - and as a family that doesn't say the words very often, it makes it a special day in my calendar regardless 🥰

When I started antidepressants, they made me feel so sick and tired that I stopped exercising almost completely. I was lucky to get 1k steps into a day. I've lost ten pounds this year and hitting 10k steps again regularly 🥹 it's still up and down but I'm excited for me ❤️
