Do 500 mg HS x 1 week, then 500 mg BID. Then 500 mg QAM + 1000 mg HS, then 1000 mg BID. Let their gut adjust, because if the GI effects are too much, they’re not gonna take it. #PharmSky 191

So ever other day dosing gives you the most effectiveness (and fewer GI side effects as an added bonus) Taking it daily is fine, it’s just that you get more bang for your buck with every other day. 😊 020
