This year has already been filled with new experiences and picking up lost hobbies, I know my 2.0 debut has taken a back seat but I wanted to be in the best mental state as I return. I do now have the fully complete model and am just putting together the resources for it!

Is it even a fantasy world map if it doesn't have a massive crater, usually with a small ring of islands around it where some huge magical cataclysmic event went down hundreds of years ago?

Played my first session of Spaceships and Starwyrms (basically scifi dnd) and am loving it so far, everything feels very familiar, but new enough to be interesting. Hacked into a hover transport, full throttled the engines flipped it onto an enemy big bad, pasting him instantly. 11/10 <3

D&D Last night: 3 hour combat where many of our party either died, or were dropped to death saves multiple times. We JUST about survive. DM: And with that, you all wake up. APRIL FOOLS MOTHER FUCKERS! I... I'm still reeling from this.

I threw in some of my model details and recoloured the gold to silver and could not be more happy with them. There's probably going to be a bunch more but I got a little excited and had to show them off. As the credit section starts to spiral, I reformat it or switch it to a carrd link.

I've been working on my Twitch panels recently using the absolutely amazing Fragment themed templates from @AssetShop_ . To say these were easy to work with would be an understatement, the PSD layering was a dream to work through and made theming them to my own needs a piece of cake.

I am closer to 400 than I am 300 in years and yet I just got declined permission to purchase one of your human energy elixirs. What mockery is this?! What do you mean I don’t look old enough?! Does this pass as a compliment?

I'm not sure if I've uploaded a recent update from our tavern and DnD room. It's been a blast working with people on this project and even more fun hanging out in this place

I feel like everyone wants round for round balance where everyone matches damage and utility to the point everyone is the same class with a different coat of paint. It’s a shame, big swings in power, slower build ups and consistent damage should all feel good and different and make a game varied.

Hard magic systems are always fun because you know at some point some character is going to be like “lol, good thing I can’t read!” And just invert a mountain on a whim, completely enraging every reader

It’ll be the first story I’ve written or told outside of ttrpg sessions in years and I’m excited to share it as soon as it’s in a state to be seen. I’m fully open to harsh feedback on it too when it is ready as it’s something I’d like to become a regular thing.

I’ve had an idea for a short story bouncing around my head for a little while now. I’ve got glimpses and snapshots of the short adventure but am in the process of joining the dots to string the narrative together.

The Aventuria Almanac is a setting guide with some really pretty art and an amazing amount of details of the world. 5150: New Beginnings is a sci-fi game with a setting similar to Night City in Cyberpunk. It has a single player story writing mode too which I look forward to trying.

I pass through a used book store very often as their stock changes every week and they’ve often got TTRPG stuff in there. Three new additions today, I had not heard of two of these:

An experiment with Noor's latest favourite elements, Luna Moths and planets, on Galaxy leather for a magnetic dice tower. Some quick pics snapped at the festival before it sold because of course we're ill prepared 🙃 We'll make a new one and add it to the shop soon! #ttrpg #lunamoth #dicetower

Of action and reflection, of emotion and logic, of growth and cultivation, of living and learning. The lives we live, forged in the heat of the sun, and quenched in moonlight’s loving embrace. … then again, Im suffering delirium from heatstroke so ignore everything I’m saying today!

These, upon really close inspection, look filament 3D printed and were really cheap so I imagine they’re likely easy to find. There’s always time to pay the cheese tax~

I’m sorry I’ve not been posting much over here. When I was at a PC, cross posting was a lot easier and while I’m on an iPad and lil Bluetooth keyboard typing is okay but iPad doesn’t have a Bluesky app yet so it’s awkward as hell to post here. I’ll get some pictures of my travels uploaded soon!

We're working on the final photos of our new dice towers today, trying to get all the current colour options clear for the webshop. This green leather with gold inlay matches nicely with the black interior 💚🖤 Will release later today, so stay tuned! #ttrpg #dicetower

It’s that difficult balancing act isn’t it, the party goes off on an adventure to far off places they’ve never been before but somehow we have to weave in those backstories in a plausible way. I always worry I am shoe horning a characters backstory into a plot at the detriment of the story. >__<

I dream of doing meet and greets one day (post debut) but I worry about the reaction to me not having a feminine voice. I know that with the community people are more open minded and welcoming but out there, not so much. Anyone have experience with this doing M&Gs?
