Shower helped :) and my current status might be something like I ♥️ Hotwaterbottles! Unfortunately, my condition came with the BOGOF (wish it would bug off!) special of bipolar too (plus some unrelated challenges) so it's a bit more complicated. Because I had to be a high achiever medically lol
