there's several factors indeed (heat + antidepressant for exemple) , but barely having any difference between day/night and living in your room for weeks probably doesn't help. If I can move at least one parameter to make things better it's already a win 💪 and thank you !

Thank you ! I was wondering into putting different spot of light in the room for a less dark feeling. I'd like to go walking at lunch time but it is quickly 33-34C°. Usually I walk at midnight because then it's 28-29C° . Thank you very much !

It's what I am already doing ! Putting the blue light the day, and the yellow one at night. I use a sewing lamp. I use it near my computer. I am thinking about taking another one to put somewhere else in the working space to make it less dark (the big light is too strong and on computer screen)

Dear nordic followers and artist, do you have a light setup for work for winters that is comfortable ? With heat wave here I'm living h24 in the dark and the light atmosphere I get near my computer make me extremely sleepy. I take any advice.

If I get completely stuck, I close the drawing, for days or weeks, and try to work time to time from reference on gesture drawing from model or trying to train where I am stuck.

the only ref I use are inspiration for armor/clothes design. Anything else should be 100% about memory. The "only thing" I sometimes can use as last resort is "touching" some of my muscle/feet/hand (but no photo or anything like that).
