I have a few doctors appointments,a majior miracle occurred,I got them for this week.I am about to hop in the shower then work on taking 1 of my air con out I have D&D tonight 10PM -1AM but I am going to try not to take a nap so I might get to sleep before 3AM

I think I am reaching a point when my antidepressants need an antidepressant. My body is in full revolt. I can't really get the help I need. I know I had to wait one year of clear cancer scans before I can try a new Lupus med but I am becoming a Webble Wobble. And every time I sand up I fall down

I'm convinced Newsom isn't running for President at all. Sure, he might have a committee and use it as a slush fund, but he's running to be appointed to corporate boards and fake think tanks and stuff. Just too many examples of him going out of his way to show he's not aligned with the Dem base.

I am up late, I am sleeping so deeply I don't even know what day is lately. I thought today was Monday. AGAIN. I have a new Rheumatology nurse appointment this week. Hopefully she is going to work with my real doctor. Who knows I have had no luck with any doctor or my Lupus up here.

I think #Euphoria is worth watching. You need to binge it, especially not leaving much space between S1 & S2. I think that was the problem and why so many people complained about S3. It is also worth noting these are the people who are going to change our diapers. Actions = consequences

@bookishlisamarie.bsky.social and I have been watching #Poltergeist 2 for our Spoonie Horror Movie of the day. I think this one of the better sequels out there. They cleaned up these movies a lot. They are worth a re-watch!

I am changing my sheets like the idiot I am. I really hope this does not kill my back. I need to reorganize my sleepwear and nail polish very soon as well. Speaking of the nail color I am doing today is Great Lakes Lacquer Seven Gables Road (not my hands)

I am up and trying to clean so the KOMT can visit. My back is still tender and I am out of Advil. But I think I can make it all happen. Advil really does make you gain weight if you take it all the time. This week I have eaten less and feel bigger than ever.
