My love hate relationship with BFI continues, as a creative I love them, I love the work they do but as a fan I'm infuriated by their systems of booking, I as a disabled person have to email to book, I then have to pray and hope for the best.

Papyrus Hopeline closing down is heartbreaking and it happening during suicide prevention month made it feel much more devastating. Hundreds of thousands of people used that service, it saved lives and now its just gone. We need mental health funding now, people in crisis need somewhere to turn to.

Do you know what not enough people talk about? The extra admin that comes with disability. The meetings and paperwork just so basic accommodations are put in place. The extra planning for days out. The extra planning to use public transport. Having to spend hours to find if a place is accessible.

Project Hail Mary is everything to me. It's proof that you don't need romance in every film. It's a film with hope. It's heartbreaking and funny and joyful and chaotic. Its normal people doing extraordinary things not because they want to but because they have no other choice. Its incredibly human.

Saw Project Hail Mary its proof that if a film is actually good, people will go and see it. The Odeon near me is always empty but for this film it was full. The only other times I've seen a decent amount of people were Paddington & The Magic Faraway tree. This was significant more than both.

April is autism acceptance month, so if you haven't seen A Kind of Spark, it's a perfect time to. It was the first show that I saw myself represented in (genuinely what encouraged me to actually go for an autism assessment). It's a great show with amazing representation and a truly incredible cast.

I know this is a tiny thing in the grand scheme of things but by the time I finish my undergraduate I will have in savings like 4-5 months rent if all things go to plan which is a massive relief for me because the end of first year I was barely surviving and now I have savings.

What we've learnt this week is not to mess with the Opera and Ballet community. People very much still love Opera and Ballet. What we don't like is an over privileged man coming after their art. You never see an empty Opera house, but I've seen many empty Cinema's.
