💯 I’ve been on it for 3 years & counting. I now have a flock of 12 hummingbirds who come to my front door (literal Joy Birds) every day, a relationship with a man who loves & cherishes me in a way I never thought possible post-divorce, a beautiful, serene life I am grateful for each day. 😃💙

It starts early…When my daughter was 6, her dad took her the skating rink, & within weeks, she was being approached by “coaches“ to get private training so she could “compete“. I was against it, why turn interest a kid shows into a “profession”?? Let people do something just for the joy of it.

I had the biggest crush on Redford most of my life & was convinced one day we would meet & marry (I was a dreamy kid, raised on Broadway musicals). And while I think he was ultimately a better director than an actor, this turn as Death in an episode of the Twilight Zone always stayed with me. RIP. 🥺
