Kina doesn't really fall in love with someone physically, she falls in love with them based on personality. (She's going to have a whole ark post EW of forming sexual attraction towards G'raha.) That being said...Red Hair. Both her first lover R'aela and her current partner G'raha have red hair.

Her friends. Kina rarely laughs in front of people, but her close friends always seem to slip under her defenses and get a genuine laugh out of her. Haurchefant and Moenbryda in particular made her cry tears of laughter from some of their stories. She has not laughed like that in a long, long time.

Pre EW: No, but in the worst way. She didn't really take care of herself and fought recklessly. The only thing keeping her going most days was the thought of making R'ishta pay for everything he'd done. Post EW: YES. She literally just got everything she's ever wanted. She doesn't want to die yet!

Growing up in a desert meant that Kina didn't have that many fruits and vegetables to pick from. Moving to Ul'dah meant she was able to sample a wider variety. From these experiments, she decided that Pomegranates are her favorite fruit and red bell peppers are her favorite vegetable.

Kina does! Her first real taste of spicy dishes was as a dancing girl in Ul'dah and she found she had taste for them. She has slowly built up a tolerance over the years, but even she couldn't stomach more than a few bites of Zero's special curry. She still likes to test new dishes to find her limit.

During tense negotiations, Kina will keep a level head. When it becomes clear that things are going south anyway, she stops pulling punches. The best example of this would be her "conversation" with Quintus in EW. It was a very tense, brutal argument with numerous below-the-belt hits on both sides.

Kina isn't one for games and she *loathes* the Wolves' Den. However, when she spars with friends, she does have a noticeable competitive streak. Said sparing matches are accompanied by wagers, (Gil, drinks, etc.). At the end of the day, her friendships are more valuable to her than petty victories.

Kina's preferred comfort days are rainy. Post EW it's a toss up if she... A: Stays in and works on writing her memoirs while intermittently cuddling with G'raha. or B: A rainy day ride through the Twelveswood with G'raha, ending with a rub down for Xanthe and an intimate couple's shower.

Holy crap, this is incredibly beautiful. I got emotional at the Haurchefant frame. The fact that Nala is able to cradle him just cuts my heart to ribbons. (Kina could only hold his hand T.T) The frame of the fallen Scions in the Solar also did me in...really really well done. My hat is off to you!

Kina hasn't really given it much thought. To be blunt, she didn't think she'd live long enough to grow old. Heading into DT, Kina actually begins to look ahead and think of what life will be like when her indigo tresses start to turn gray. All she hopes for is a long happy life with G'raha.

Not really. If asked, Kina would probably joke that she's allergic to being shot at. After years of fighting Garleans and needing to have lead dug out of her shoulder, she has a very potent dislike for firearms of any make or model.

Kina's main focus when it comes to her appearance is making sure her scars are properly covered. She puts a decent amount of effort into creating stylish ensembles that keep her back and torso covered. What some may see as modesty is actually Kina being extremely self conscious of her battle scars.

Maple-fried sandworm, hands down. It is an R tribe delicacy and helps to remind Kina of home. The Warrior fully intends to learn how to make it as a show of affection to G'raha. Seeing as cooking isn't currently a strong suit of hers, the attempts will certainly prove to be entertaining.

Pre EW, not well. Rather than facing her grief, Kina would focus on the pain to keep herself going, the rage pushing her ever onward towards collapse. She wouldnt allow herself to grieve properly for fear of shutting down. "I am no use to anyone a weeping, quivering mess." Post EW? Time will tell.

EW was a time of intense growth for Kina's power level. The ancient aether from Emet-Selch in Elpis boosted her already high aetherical potency and her physical strength has been slowly increasing over the years. Now, when fighting normal people, she has to make a conscious effort not to kill them.

For Kina, learning to sleep with G'raha was an undertaking. He runs very warm (something Kina loves about him), but Kina likes to sleep with at least four layers of blankets, often joking that her time in Ishgard caused her to forever run cold. In the end, she willingly gives up two layers for him.

Kina doesn't hide her injuries. Rather, she downplays the severity of them and vehemently hand-wave offers to help. Thankfully, her more tenacious friends have learned not to take no for an answer in this case. In turn, Kina has learned that asking for or accepting help doesn't make her a burden.

Kina has never been a particularly heavy sleeper. Part of her Huntress's training involved learning to fall asleep quickly and be ready to wake at a moment's notice. Post EW, when things are calm, she has to teach herself to sleep normally. Thankfully, she has G'raha around to help her achieve it.

It takes a lot of factors adding up to make Kina feel truley alone. Her loneliest period was during and around the battle of Ghmlyt Dark. The Scions were being taken from her and all of her other friends were busy with the war. For the first time in a awhile, she was completely and utterly alone.

As a former dancing girl, she's learned to ignore the bumbling attempts of strangers. Most who know her enough to actually try know to offer her real compliments instead of empty platitudes. She takes these in stride, apart from G'raha and Haurchefant, who were able to turn her into a blushing mess.

Terrible answer, but we're going to find out! Entering Dawntrail, Kina is placed in the unique position of becoming Wuk Lamat's mentor. It's a storyline that I'm really excited for and I think Kina will end up being great with advice, even when things get dark and tough. (Really excited to write it)

Kina gave up on makeup long ago, only ever indulging in a bit of eye shadow and mascara. Alisaie has attempted to get her into more elaborate forms of beautification, but she politely refuses stating that "I painted my face for the masses as a dancing girl, I don't need to do it for my friends." 1/2

Kina is still relatively guarded around people she doesn't know well, but masks it with a layer of friendliness. The friendliness is genuine, but it hides her actively analyzing the person in front of her. She used to be far more guarded, but the Scions truly helped her come out of her shell.

Kina is generally friendly to everyone she meets and remains so until given a reason not to be. Some people are nasty right out of the gate and she just rolls with the punches. Over the years, she has gotten very good at reading people, so someone's true self rarely surprises her anymore.

After nearly five years without being able to contact them, Kina gifts her family with linkpearls before leaving for Tural. Every few days, she'll call them and tell them all about her adventures. It is a huge part of her learning to find adventuring fun again and they are an eager audience.

Pre EW: Working herself ragged so she doesn't have to process them. This is an incredibly unhealthy coping mechanism and leads to her soul being damaged. Post EW: Taking some time to process her feelings, usually with the help of G'raha or one of her other trusted friends. Much, much healthier :3.

For Kina and G'raha, one of their most treasured places is a large flat rock on the edge of Lake Silvertear. This is where they first sat and talked out their differences and where Kina first fell in love with the unflappable Archon. although it would take years for her to admit it.
