Grocery store discovery and PSA.This beloved 🇨🇦 breakfast cereal disappeared in 2020 when its big corporate owners stopped production. But Arva Flour Mill in Ontario bought the brand and now it’s back.

My senior boy has spondylitis (arthritic back). He has been my walking buddy for ten years. So I picked up a second-hand dog stroller for him. Now he can still come with me as usual and walk when he wants to. He loves it. Best decision ever.
