We are clear that this is their free option. It's slow. We know these notices are not fair to them, but they are not fair to us either. We do not have the resources to do all this for free. Also, don't forget the federal representative option. They need to feel our pain to encourage change.

By Monday Owen County Indiana is expected to measure 24.7 feet of water in White River. 14 Feet is a minor flood. We will come in 2 feet less than the disaster flood of 2008. This rain is unbelievable.
