Epic day at the museum and zoo! Anderson Humane's mystery guest turned out to be an adorable possum. And we had a great session of Meet the Bison ... And Deer ... And Elk, too! Spike's antlers are still velvety, and he enjoyed guests giving him a special treat of bananas!

Kids had fun learning about Animal Superpowers at today's Adventures in the Zoo! Abby, Andrea, and Lola discussed camouflage, specialized vision, and other adaptations that make animals safer ... or more deadly predators! The Gail Borden Public Library's Book Bike was also on hand!
