Got a tattoo yesterday, some delayed birthday presents and had a good time with good people. The tattoo is a dedication to my sons. The colours are still bleeding but it’s a Viking ace, Ethiopian shield, the Swedish and the Ethiopian flag etc.

Tomorrow it’s back to work, first work day of 2025. So spent 2h at the gym today to prep my mind, body etc for an intense period to come. Might be the biggest nerd at the gym.

Been spending a lot of time in the gym recently. Started to see some results. Shoulders and back slowly popping. But that’s not the most important gain, stress relief and mental health is. The gym is my therapy.
