Because of a random comment, the book Variable Star came to mind. Main character says the easiest way to go into a situation that has you nervous is to lean forward and let your body start walking for you. Using this for job searching. Leaning into applying and stepping into the door that opens.

When I need an influx of happiness, I watch the Eureka episode "Do you see what I see." So many animation styles having fun. Just looked it up to watch and it's not included with Prime any longer. Guess I'll watch some Muppets instead.
