Four times, 1903 and then 1919-21. If you count '03, it was more of an exhibition put on by the two pennant winners. I remember it because of the Black Sox, and knew it was also a few other years, so I did have to look it up. I thought Ruth and the Yanks won in '20, but they had to wait a year.
