Haaaa the good old days when the Canadian MOD lent their top notch mine warfare ROV to a Canadian expedition to find HMS Terror..... Aboard no one else than Russian research vessel Serguei Vavilov 😁 I knew that ship looked weirdly familiar

Actual footage of their brief last night. Got to admire the design of their suits 😆

Just sayin'. Those advanced instruments have been developed to be TOTALLY IMMUNE to electronic warfare. Progress is such a great thing

Please meet RMTM. I was expecting something better, like "ho I recognize it". I will keep trying.

This one could be linked to an upcoming ballistic launch, one of the final tests of K555 Knyaz Pozharskiy: t.me/submarineru/...

I wonder if this is why this little guy, Vishnya class SIGINT ship Vasily Tatishchev, decided to have a little trip out . Mind you I don't blame them, weather looks fantastic 😁. Credits Under Broen www.facebook.com/share/p/1CLX...

Its the Citroen 2CV Spy Sub. So deadly it was only produced to a very few numbers. The story doesn't say if it was deadly for the adversary or its crew 😂

This is where I enthusiastically read the fantastic posts from the BlueSky naval community from. And hope I'll soon be able to bring my little stone to the edifice (ELF ELF ELF) 😁

Awesome! I am working off the Moovco L20 multiband and it works quite nicely. Now my little coding challenge is to find a bloody way to automate the scan of frequencies and automatically register messages - then filtering by call sign. Not nearly done, and frustration levels are through the roof !

She passed the Great Bridge the same day, accompanying a Kilo class sub...position seems accurate ;) credits: the fantastic Under Broen , www.facebook.com/share/p/19wY... (let's convince these guys to switch to Blue Sky !)
