I gave the instructions, context, decisions, and countless refinements, claude was the tool.
If Claude starts watermarking the code or anything else it generates, what exactly is it claiming credit
By that logic, my internet provider should watermark everything we do. The operating system should watermark everything Claude creates, the compiler should watermark every binary we build.
And eventually Claude or Anthropic should open source everything so that one can tell what exactly Claude did.
They are tools and infrastructure, so is Claude.
The final output comes from countless prompts, thoughts, instructions, decisions, corrections, subscription fee and refinement and what not. The model helped execute that process, if Claude wants to provide provenance, fine. But branding the output because we used its tool is ridiculous, considering it's ultimately the people's decision to go with which text, code.
You din create the work, I gave you the instructions to create the bits.
