Gosh! What a stressful night. As an occasional amateur actor in my student days, I have recurring dreams about not being able to remember lines. Last night took me back to playing Widow Corny in Oliver. I hadn’t learnt my lines, lost the script, couldn’t copy it because the copier was broken! Aagh!

Dear friends! How long do you give a book before you DNF it? I nearly always finish books. But I wanted to ditch this at page 50. I forced myself to continue, trying to read outside my comfort zone. Is this book worth it? At the moment it feels like a fever dream magnified by a million.

Really enjoying a couple of days in London with my family before returning to Spain. We wake up every day to blue but freezing skies. The city at its most beautiful. Last night, went to see Hadestown and it blew me away. The inevitability of the tragedy made me cry. 😢 what a treat!
