Thanks, Debbie! That's helpful. I briefly flirted with the idea of learning how to Bluesky but my laziness sure did win so nowadays I'm mostly failing on Instagram instead lol 🫠 But I love the #KidLit community anywhere and everywhere and I feel very lucky to be part of it!

Easter Part 2: Chickens!! Chickens are brave. Chickens bump into walls and also save whole villages. Chickens are shrill and anxious and scream at the slightest provocations. But chickens are lovable and kind and always do their best. It's me, I'm chickens.

Wow @translink.ca really understood the assignment here with the new Mark V trains. A+ time had by all, five stars, would highly recommend u just get on and let kids drive the train until the day is over.

Turns out the worst part of being an author is being forced to keep secrets. Since I'm an absolute liability for secrets, I am THRILLED for this news to be out. I can't wait for everyone to read this book. @charlenedraws.bsky.social has only made me cry with her illustrations like 3 times so far nbd
