Erin Lafond @elafond.bsky.social · 27/01/2025How does one prove their citizenship? You don’t have to be a citizen to get a license, no one carries their passport, ss card or birth certificate, so how do you prove it? I ask this in light of citizens being detained in Newark. Should ppl carry these things now? 030

Erin Lafond @elafond.bsky.social · 27/11/2024I bought virtual sticker boards years ago but my last school wasn’t that interested. On a big smart board in the library during lunch- totally different story! #tlsky 040
Erin Lafond @elafond.bsky.social · 23/11/2024I’ve been playing Globle with my students, using inflatable globes from the dollar store to pass around. It was Geography Awareness Week. Some 11th graders told me they’d never touched a globe before. We cover map legends etc. #tlsky globle-game.comgloble-game.comGlobleUse your geography knowledge to figure out the mystery country in as few guesses as possible! 230
Erin Lafond @elafond.bsky.social · 23/11/2024I’ve been “modeling” the pomodoro technique in my lessons lately. We do the lesson normally, then after 25 min we all take a 5 min break. 55 min periods are kinda long! It’s been going well so far. #TLSky 130
