The EU Pay Transparency Directive is now moving into implementation. The 7 June deadline has passed, but progress across Member States remains uneven: five have fully transposed the Directive, while many are still developing their national rules.

New Research: Our Social LobbyMap's Evian Letter Briefing is now live. The Evian Letter called for the full abolishment of the CSDDD, claiming to represent all 45 CEOs attending the Franco-German business meeting. Our research found a much more nuanced picture.

Nearly 90% of TotalEnergies’ carbon footprint comes from emissions generated when customers use its oil and gas products (Scope 3 emissions). A French court has ruled that these emissions must be included in the company’s climate vigilance plan under France’s duty of vigilance law.
