President Joe Biden signed the Emmett Till Antilynching Act on March 29, 2022. Under the law, certain conspiracies to commit federally defined hate crimes resulting in death or serious bodily injury can constitute lynching. A conviction can carry up to 30 years in federal prison, a fine, or both.

The Trump admitted it canceled $7.6B in grants for clean energy projects "based solely on the political identity of the grant recipient's state". Impeachment is no longer good enough. Each of those states should prepare civil charges against Trump. Discovery will end him.
