Promising results! I hope to look at how the pigs can provide/improve feeding habitat for waders, which may not develop to a meaningful extent otherwise

There are some dug ponds as well as seasonally flooded areas and former drainage ditches, but primarily dry grassland and scrub. Some pockets will be fenced to measure the effect of the pigs against.

Looking forward to it! They will be restricted to the area now referred to as "Wild Saltholme", which is the ~100ha former arable land between the pipeline corridor, Cowpen Bewley, Cowpen Bewley Road and Seal Sands Road.
