Also been really trying to get back into art lately! Might start a thread where I post (semi-)daily pose sketches, based on the daily poses from Posemaniacs I'm gonna TRY, man

Been trying to write a few comments on the other DTIYS redraws for BCB'S 20th anniversary, but I overestimated my social energy to do so consistently hee hoo

I could probably write a whole essay about everything I love and enjoy about Bittersweet Candy Bowl, but bsky's character limit is really holding me back LMAO Here's to many more dramatical shenanigans with hormonal cats and dogs 🥂💕

It's been quite the journey, following the lives of your characters and watching as you experiment with art styles and grow as both an artist and storyteller You're exceptionally good at portraying true and messy emotions and I often see my younger self in your characters, especially Lucy and Paulo

Thank you!! It means a lot to me, that you like it ; w ; 💖 It's been so much fun, seeing all the redraws, and I'm glad I took the opportunity to join! I've been a VERY quiet reader, but the fact that my ADHD ass has been consistently reading BCB for 15+ years is a true testament to how good it is 💕

🎉 Happy 20th Anniversary, Bittersweet Candy Bowl! 🎉 It's absolutely wild to think, I've been reading this webcomic for well over 15 years now... Thank you so much for sharing your silly cats and dogs with us for all these years, Vero 💖 #bittesweetcandybowl #bcbart

A drawing of the characters Mike and Lucy from the webcomic Bittersweet Candy Bowl.

Lucy has her hands on Mike's shoulders, approaching him playfully from behind while saying: "Hey, Jerkface!"

Lucy is a white cat with blue eyes and a pink ribbon wrapped around her neck.
Mike is a grey cat with green eyes wearing a long light blue scarf.

There are big, fluffy clouds in the background.

I have a confession to make... I'm... a major Cookie Run fan 😔 Not just Kingdom, but OvenBreak and Witch's Castle too (Tower of Adventures' controls sadly don't click with me) I've made it my personal quest to acquire and fully level every cookie, pet and treasure Save my soul

Anyone else excited for Hello Kitty Island Adventure coming out on Steam on the 30th? I used to play this on the Apple Arcade on my iPad SO MUCH and it's SO STINKIN' CUTE!! It has multiplayer... wink wink nudge nudge 👀

It's a vibrant promotional image for an upcoming game. The title of the game is in the middle of the image, reading "Hello Kitty Island Adventure". Above the title is Hello Kitty herself, standing next to a dog character. Various other Sanrio characters can be seen on the island in the background, one of which is fishing from the ocean seen below the title, which has fish swimming in it.

I've been scared of talking about it and even kinda scared to be much on social media (mostly twatter) bc I don't know who's watching and I've felt so paranoid. But I'm taking a chance at taking back control. I have no expectations, just hope. Idek where I'm going with this tbqh LMAO

The aforementioned abuse was a huge reason why I slowly stopped streaming too, bc I was met with so much negative reinforcement and general discouragement - putting it very very simply. The breakup happened back in spring, but I'm still healing. It might take a while before I'm fully recovered.

In the end I still have my dearly beloved families by my side - both online and irl! Hopefully with their continued support, I can get back on my feet and return to streaming FOR. REAL. I hate how often I've said I've returned, only to slink back into the shadows.. I'm so sorry

Happy New Year 🎆🎉 2024 was the roughest year recently for me I opened my eyes to the years of abuse I'd been through and lost a friend group related to it, all while mourning the losses of 2 beloved family members and went through 3 hospitalisations... But we move on HERE'S TO 2025!!
