I was diagnosed at 34 with leiomyosarcoma. It was lodged in my shoulder muscle and even though they thought it was a cyst, I insisted they remove the cyst. They tested it and then went back in and took the entire shoulder muscle.

I panicked when it happened. My hands were shaking so much that Siri had to dial 911 for me. I didn’t start CPR because I thought he was breathing, but it was his body trying and failing to breathe. All I can think of on repeat is “I should have done more”. I have a lot of guilt. 2/?

Welp. That was certainly a speech.
