I've hurt a lot of loved ones, and I eat myself alive for it. It's hard to let go of guilt and to give space to acceptance, protecting others and, most importantly, myself. 100

And I'm so pained that my friends and family haven't recognized my emotional dysregulation; that psychiatrists and psychologists at the mental hospital never diagnosed me. That I had no name for it, and no instruments. 100

ASD — by multiple practitioners and by the same psychologist after testing. And the hardest thing is to self-diagnose Borderline Personality Disorder #Art #C-PTSD #BPD #ASD 150
