I am sorry you feel that way. If you ever do decide to give it a try, I recommend getting a probe thermometer. This will let you check the internal temp of meat. Then you won't need to guess you will know for sure when it is done.

My team's first attempt for pairing class was a huge success! We made a brown butter and honey blue cheese crostini with apple. It worked so well together. I haven't stopped smiling since I got home. The wine it needs to pair with was a poully-fuisse.

This game is seriously amazing. I've only played the demo, but I am already in love. The best description I can give it is: Think Sea of Thieves (but in space and pve) meets Helldivers 2 with a splash of FTL.
