I need to start stepping away from my art at the end of the pencil sketch phase instead of the end of the ink stage because I inevitably notice glaring flaws when I come back.

Artist! Quote with a smoking character. The fact that I even have a character who smokes is kind of funny considering how much I hate cigarette smell. Anyway, here's Mordecai.

Ko-Fi Commissions UPDATE! I now have a "digital copy only" option for the marker drawings for those who don't live in the US. I'm not offering international shipping at this time, so this broadens my offerings. Reskeets appreciated. UwU ko-fi.com/eggdropcat #commissionsopen #commissions

Meta is where I get the most engagement, but it's also the place where I've gotten bullied by other artists. Someone literally commented on a WIP "not good but not bad. Keep it up" like wtf that's the most backhanded compliment.

90 years ago today we lost the Thylacine. They didn't deserve to die, but they became inconvenient and white man is the ultimate invasive species. #thylacine #markerdrawing #furryart #extinction

My phone battery full on died on me. It said it had 11% which apparently is a similar lie to that of the “1 minute left” lie that our washer tells, but like, the reverse. 1 minute left really means 11 minutes, and 11% really means 1%.

I'm gonna call it quits on Art Fight for this year. I didn't do as many attacks as I had hoped, but I did WAY more than last year, so that's a win.

I think I'm gonna step down from doing the convention in Poplar Bluff. It's tiny, and it's a 5hr drive, and I've already spent so much this year, I think I need to hold off on doing more travel until next year.

Oh yeah. Crash Bandicoot 4 is half off in the summer Steam sale, so if you don't have it I recommend it. I had it for the PS4 but we never have the PS4 hooked up and I'm more likely to play games at my computer anyway, so for $20 is was the logical choice.
