Welp I went to work on a video this morning and I discovered that Kdenlive's recent update clobbers existing user settings. All my profiles and window settings are completely reset. I'm really unhappy with KDE these days.

I think I found it. From what I am reading, the "Screen Locking" section of KDE's system settings OVERRIDES the energy settings. So even though I have my monitor set to turn off after 30, this stupid one-off setting cares not and locks it after 15 minutes […] [Original post on social.egee.io]
