-so those who are celiacs can’t have it, but those who are gluten sensitive (like me) can tolerate it. It was modeled after New Haven style pizza 🍕❤️

We got the einkorn-sourdough-starter from Jovial and did it with einkorn flour, it’s almost the same as the modern flour, but not quite as stretchy- so it took a few tries to get the crust right. But, MAN it was good! 😊 The einkorn does have a little gluten in it,-

Heh…don’t think I didn’t think about it. Now that I think of it, there are somewhat ‘human shaped’ patches in the grass that are greener in a former swimming pool (filled with concrete and then covered with dirt). 🤣🤷🏼‍♂️😬😳

Thanks! It’s a handful to maintain, but love it. 1950 Former Mafia family home (they were in Construction).

I’m happy for you that it works for you. The harm is that I don’t see the problems till much later since I’m dyslexic. And if I write the wrong time or day for events, I have followers that pay attention, I don’t want to piss off folks that show up and it’s the wrong. 😑 happened before. So 🤷🏼‍♂️

OMG today was absolute PERFECT New England weather. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had to get yardwork in before the rains come. I’d like to bottle this and keep it please. 🙏 #newengland #weather #beatifulday #latesummer #yardwork #enjoyingthethings

A wide angle view of my patio leading to my house, which looks like a very angular rectangular block with windows and a giant set of stairs leading upwards. The sky is a beautiful blue with marbled clouds, and the sun is a late summer glow of warmth to it.

The academic year is off to a good start. Still a bit shell-shocked how time is flying faster and faster. Getting ready for a live performance soundtrack to the 1922 Nosferatu in New Haven, CT on Oct 30th (2 shows) with my Sub-Verse compatriots. It will be intense. I promise you. #nosferatu

Wide panoramic shot of my group Sub-Verse performing live at the Neighborhood, Music School in New Haven, Connecticut several years ago: with me on the left, sitting with a piano and synthesizers, Thomas Kozumplik in the center with an epic percussion kit, and Tom Burnett on the right with keyboards and, microphone, and beautiful lighting by Jamie Burnett

only in that dream, I go on stage, then ask someone in the audience "Wheat is on the program? What am I playing?" They tell me Rachmanninoff's second sonata in Bb minor- so I start playing it, and the piano starts vibrating, and I improvise since I dont remember it, and then the piano starts to -
