I know!! it’s a whole set where a bunch of characters have an animal - I was hoping to also pull Jiang Cheng’s one, who has a dog. Sadly no JC, but I did get Yanli (lamb), Meng Yao (fox) and Sizhui (swallow) and TWO copies of YLLZ WWX (crow)

Got more MDZS cards and the very first two packs were Wen Ning, bless me this day!

I headcanon Wen Qing as a lesbian and usually can’t stand seeing her shipped with a man, but my one exception is Nie Mingjue - the sexual tension potential there is just way too good to not be explored, whether their relationship is loving or purely physical hate fucking

Sooo considering it is Wen Ning’s bday still in some parts of the world, perhaps some Wen Ning lovers can point me in the direction of a Wen Ning plush/mini doll? Alive or Ghost General, I don’t care, I want to be able to squish my sweet boy

EffieCrow @effiecrow.bsky.social · 12/04/2025

I love their artwork so much! When I decided to get ChengNing art made, I knew exactly who to go to! I’ve had to tell myself I can only commission art once per fic so I need to finish this fic before I can commission more.

I know!! I love it so much, it’s my new PFP for almost everything!

Will I also be using it as a blatant excuse to pump out a bunch of ChengNing fluff? Maybe, you don’t know me, shut up

EffieCrow @effiecrow.bsky.social · 10/04/2025

I forgot about the #FlowersOfFire #HBDWenNing birthday event and, in true ADHD fashion, have been trying to squeeze 11 days’ worth of one-shots out in three. Probably not gonna make the deadline but my sweet boy is getting his fics, he deserves the love! ❤️🤍

I kid you not, I bought a blind box of MDZS Kayou cards, and I not only got Sect Leader JC and Ghost General WN but also young JC and young WN! The #ChengNing love is real today ❤️💜❤️💜

EffieCrow @effiecrow.bsky.social · 04/04/2025

Okay, but when writing about an idea I had for a “what if Wen Ning warned them before the Lotus Pier massacre” ChengNing fic, I legit considered a version where WN pushed JC aside and got his core melted instead but I couldn’t handle the angst of doing that to my sweet boy 😭

Guys, the prelim sketches of the ChengNing art I commissioned came through and I can’t give her my money fast enough, they’re amazing, it had me like kicking my feet and giggling at 4am

I am at the point that I’m genuinely considering commissioning Chengning art because I desperately need it in my life, god damn this rarepair for consuming my waking thoughts #mdzs

010

EffieCrow @effiecrow.bsky.social · 18/12/2024

Considering that it’s also for a MDZS rarepair, seeing almost 100 hits within the first two days alone is giving me that feel good brain juice to get me through the work day

000

EffieCrow @effiecrow.bsky.social · 18/12/2024

It has been so long since I had posted any sort of fic, I’d forgotten what it felt like to check in on it at random points through the day and see that kudos and hit counter slowly climb higher, even it is only by 1 or 2.

Don't think about it too hard

A short comic where I've crudely drawn myself as a squat little guy with round glasses and sticky-up hair, hands raised, yelling:

You never need to follow me back!
I want to see your posts, not insinuate myself into your social life!
But if you do follow me back and we develop a nice rapport over time, that would be totally chill.
