lycoris radiata - the flower of hell; the corpse flower; the guide to reincarnation; the symbol of farewell, separation, and longing for lost loved ones. digital painting study of #xiaoxingchen. labeled for blood, mild body horror, and implied suicide. _______________________ #digitalart #mdzs #xxc

Digital illustration. Topless Xiao Xingchen from mdzs in low red toned lighting, holding himself while two hands grasp at his face as if trying to cover it. Blood stains the fingertips and drips down his face. A cluster of red spider lilies are in place of his eyes.

small snippet of a jiang cheng and zhao xiang one shot i wrote a while ago. not posted anywhere, it just exists in my scrivener project. #oc #canonxoc #mdzs

Despite the bickering between them (light, filling Lotus Pier with a delightful air that once seemed impossible to regain again), all passing disciples and servants could see the softened gaze full of love that Jiang-furen kept fixed on Jiang-zongzhu. If he was rolling thunder, the fierce lightning strikes splitting columns of dark clouds, she was the sun itself. She was the warm light cloaking his shoulders, and reflecting off the lotus-filled waters. They were inseparable. Everyone saw how she rarely ever left her husband's side, and was far more touchy than anyone dared to be. It was still amazing to some of the disciples, witnessing Jiang-furen squish her husband's cheeks with a melodic laugh. They would avert their gaze respectfully when she would kiss him, feeling the sight was forbidden, meant only for Jiang-zongzhu's eyes alone. They would pretend not to notice her fingers slightly curled around his, believing that her sleeves onscured it enough. They would certainly pretend not to notice, when Jiang-zongzhu would keep a protective - possessive - hand on the small of her back, his palm molding to the curves of her skin. His gaze would noticeably soften, receiving a bright smile from his wife in return. One of the numerous small moments that if one blinked, it would dissipate into wisps of incense. The one truth Lotus Pier knew, apart from the certainty of Jiang-zongzhu's ferocity and sharp attitude, was that Jiang-zongzhu loved Jiang-furen so deeply, and she him. If anything befell her, he would not rest until the entire world was overturned and the culprit suffering a fate worse than death. She was his light, a warmth he once shied away from but now held as gently as he could, fearing he would break it. He feared watching that light flicker out, and losing it forever. He didn't want to make her hate him. He never wanted to lose her, after he was so close to having her life fade away in his arms during the Sunshot Campaign.

you make me happy when skies are gray. mdzs!zhao xiang in @bpforshort.bsky.social's yiling wei au - just in time for jiang cheng's birthday tomorrow 💖 #mdzs #oc #canonxoc #art

zhao xiang is smiling brightly and lovingly at an out of camera jiang cheng with one sleeved hand raised as though to demurely (playfully) partially cover her laughter-lined delight. she surrounded by a soft, bubbly background of muted sunset pink and lotus outlines. she's dressed in a purple hanfu, the darker top layer off one shoulder and bunched. her long brown hair is half up, half down, the topknot secured by a silver lotus hairpiece, and trailing purple ribbons intermingle with brown strands.

the general and her beloved. inspired by gustav klimt's "the kiss." just two ocs (mine and a friend's) being soft and in love <3 #art #oc #digitalart

light flakes of snow fall around them in a muted lighting. the general clad in red has her arm around her beloved's back, holding her close. her hand is against her beloved's cheek, bringing her face closer so she can press a kiss to the opposite cheek. her eyes are closed, and she is smiling into the kiss. her beloved, dressed in a pink hanfu with gold hair accessories in her brown hair, has a serene expression, her eyes also closed as she curls her hand around her general's.

latest oc to get doodled: my haikyuu oc, hanae, who's the manager for nekoma. #art #haikyuu #oc

The girl with red/pink curly hair tied back with a green scrunchy is looking at something out of camera view while making an angry, frustrated expression with her arms crossed. She is wearing a red track jacket mostly zipped, with the neckline of a white t-shirt peeking out and a white stripe on the visible sleeve. She has a blue scrunchy on her wrist.
