Been busy: final proof of YA book ready, other YA book revised and mailed to publisher, cover of adult Noir novel (Berlin) approved (end of year publication), and a fantasy/adventure book almost ready for publication soon. All in all four books in the works.

That's correct. I use EF, since I use pens often for editing manuscripts on paper. The Conklin pens are not great, but do the job.

Bought two vials of ink for my fountain pens: brilliant red and sepia. Using them with both of my Conklin pens. The red is rather pale, but I carry on.

#writingcommunity #writingandbooks ##authors&writing I've been asked to judge fantasy stories for a competition, and the level of incompetence is annoying (to use a polite term). They're in Dutch, and even the basic mastery of the language seems beyond many of the participants.
