We didn’t wait for your suggestion. Although, to be real: some products and services are harder to replace. When you’re paycheque dependent on a USA corporation, you can’t exactly resign before you find something else that’s equivalent and using your skills rather than going back to minimum wage.

My questions though is who is going to make the test, administer it, grade it? Why do I ask? I’m born and raised in a culture that’s not the main culture in America and certain test qualify me as “low” on intelligence. If something timed and rely on cultural rooted knowledge, I fail for sure.
