And when he starts to see regto stray a bit from that plan/becoming soft (esp towards rudo) he decides he has to kill regto. Not just so the plan to (maybe) destroy world can continue accordingly, but also to ‘kill’ the hateful, ugly feelings inside of himself.

Maybe on regtos part is isn’t completely out of pure chaos and destruction, but for tamsy it is. Tamsy becomes unhealthily attached to regto, so when rudo comes into the picture (as part of the plan) he gets so jealous and hurt.

That’s when he meets regto, who becomes the first person to show tamsy acceptance and love for simply being himself. They also both share distain for the sphere, and regto lets tamsy in on his plan to maybe resurrect some kind of ancient deity/god.

My theory (I call a delusional au) is that tamsy is an upper class sphereite counterculture and rebellious in nature, an incident (accident or purposeful) happens where be becomes scarred and outcast from those around him. He’s completely ignored now but it gives him freedom to fuck around.
