I was reminded by the Wayforward IG page. I wrote this little thing in the comments.

Today I saw the singers of #Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 in person. Man…I feel a lot. I’ve been a fan of the games and especially the music for my entire adult life. Every single game I’ve ever made, I’ve made while listening to some persona ost. I’m so lucky I got to be at the first U.S. concert

This month has been really challenging for me after being laid off. I tried challenging myself to land a job by today. It didn’t happen. It’s okay. I’ll find something. I decided to still celebrate myself on my birthday by seeing the newest Ari Aster film. Just like the rest of his work, masterful

@themix.bsky.social had an awesome event on a LA rooftop! There were so many great indie games to play. As a dev myself that’s dying to control my own value, I felt inspired by all of these extremely talented creators.

Continuing with the Nintendo launch tradition that my mother helped me start back in 2001 with the gamecube. Feeling so happy and inspired right now! #Switch2

I’m so lucky! I got to play the #Switch2 today in LA. I have too many positive thoughts for this small character limitation! In short, I was in love. Mario Kart Knockout Tour stole the show for me. Prime 4 was visually the most impressive. Zelda BotW in 4K nearly made me cry! #nintendo

I picked up Dwerve on Switch, which was published by @pmstudios.bsky.social The pixel art in this game is really beautiful. And so far, the music is great! I’m enjoying it quite a bit.

Here’s #WhatAGameDevLooksLike with his mom in Mexico. And here’s what they look like if they win an Emmy award! Hi! I’m Edwin, an LA-based game designer. I’ve worked on IPs such as Justice League, Silent Hill, & more. All my life people told me to quit pursuing game dev. So glad I trusted myself.

Ame is either thinking he’s doing a great job hamster-sitting, or he’s thinking about dinner. I know this guy…he’s thinking about both.

Today I met directors I’ve idolized for some time. If I’m ever feeling burned out, I tend to play a game I love to reignite my flame. Seeing creators talk about their passion always fires me up. I’m feeling determined to make more games. Thank you @wayforward.bsky.social for the inspiration today.
