Edum @edumblue.bsky.social · 12hThe other problem with statutory reforms, such as a code of ethics, a judicial watchdog agency, etc., is that the current SCOTUS is likely to strike all of these reforms as unconstitutional. They have already done so with Slaughter for the executive branch and will do the same for themselves. 1211
