Actually, one other silver lining: Republicans now control the entirety of D.C., so as the country descends into absolute chaos it's going to take a very stupid electorate to believe that that can be blamed on Democrats. In prison - like in life, everyone should be afforded basic health care. That does not mean that everyone is entitled to everything - it just doesn't work that way for a variety of reasons. If it did - why doesn't everyone get top cancer care or organ transplants, things required to stay alive

Against which competition should they be allowed though? We have weight classes for various sports - why, because without them it would be unfair. This is a similar situation - Lia is not physically similar to the other competitors, to an unfair advantage.
