13 Sentinels Aegis Rim is *not* on sale, they do not have a switch 2 upgrade version nor will they ever make one. But it's still absolutely worth it, 13/10 game, become the gun-wielding magical girl dea ec.nintendo.com/AU/en/titles...

Since moving into this place, we've never found where the water metre is, but today we have a good idea (we discovered this is under our patio). Cats love it

I've gotten my info wrong, you pay to unlock the glamour plate, then also pay to set a slot to a specific item. In new system the only free part is actually applying it.

000

Edrem - Robot Puppet Vtuber @edrem.dev · 22/11/2025

Nah that was the old system. The new system is worse, you pay to unlock glamour slots per slot per character scaling all the way up to 800k to unlock them all (just on that character). But at least once you do that it's free to swap.

Sometimes on twitch I get a 2m long ad of a farmer talking about how much he loves some company and what it does for his business. Apparently for some engine pump product but it's not said. I cannot find that ad, so have an ad that used to play all the time for aus. www.youtube.com/watch?v=b580...

A direct collab with Nomura and we get one unique character (Gaia), one boss (Eden's Promise) and nothing else he designed from FF8, Meanwhile Yoko Taro and Matsuno collabs bringing over their entire universe into the game. I think he's just very protective of his characters.

Edrem - Robot Puppet Vtuber @edrem.dev · 19/09/2025

There is an interview for at least Dawntrail that says they created the story with minimal FF9 first, then layered on more references later. I'm still holding onto my theory that Nomura characters are off-limits though. automaton-media.com/en/final-fan...

Final Fantasy 14’s Yoshi-P was initially unsure about referencing Final Fantasy 9 in Dawntrail - AUTOMATON WEST

Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail is packed with overt homages to FFIX, however Naoki Yoshida explains that this wasn't always the case.

More 13 Sentinels posting, this time one of the stranger playable characters. Why is he in a somewhat-slice-of-life modern highschool story? Guess you'll just have to play. Nobody saw my post without the image

The committing to statics thing is funny, I've had NA/EU players shocked when I just open duty finder and queue directly into extreme/savage for reclears. JP streamlining strats so that there is just the one universal strat everyone knows and does helps so much too.

There's no real rush, they are getting a lift back with another crew once their mission is done so they just get to hang around and do some more work for now.

If FF14 gets a Monster Hunter Wilds collab then we are going full "Dawntrail is another Stormblood" and I am fully down for that.
