For your birthday proper, here’s the dialogue free updated drawing:

Her belt chains have been added, as has her mane.

Sorry for forgetting her big hair mane at the back of her head :( Regardless, i'm so happy you liked it!

Sometimes a birthday unwrapping isn't what you think it is, especially during spooky season... (Happy Birthday to @roboticsteve.bsky.social ~) #RingCats #OC #FanArt

Saber is fighting Queen Cleo, an OC I made in the past, tightly wrapped up in bandages. Queen Cleo is laughing at her seemingly easy takedown of the champ, until Saber rips out of her wrappings with ease, to Cleo's absolute terror. (Knowing she's about to experience an epic takedown)

Rai, the Tiger martial artist, he's charging up Ki energy in his fist.

Her rival hired the spider (And she is quite capable when it comes to webbing...) to grab her for his deathtrap. There's alot more to it, but one day i'll get it sorted in a more complete form.

edredfieldart.bsky.social @edredfieldart.bsky.social · 10/06/2026

I ultimately streamlined it down for the comm to capture some of her moments of peril as the full concept would have been way too expensive (longer, alot of other characters), and it's something i'd like to fully flesh out on my own. It's still a great take on the scene!

010

edredfieldart.bsky.social @edredfieldart.bsky.social · 10/06/2026

Thank you so much! (Art alt, but i'm the one who commissioned it) For those who are curious, it was part of a larger scenario I came up with where she was captured by a rival who wanted to turn her into cat food to get back at her family, before she pulled a close escape.

210

edredfieldart.bsky.social @edredfieldart.bsky.social · 10/06/2026

I actually didn't think about that... For the scenario, the person who kidnapped her was doing this to her out of sheer spite, but at the same time, he wouldn't quite be smart enough to insist on her being bound the other way around.

edredfieldart.bsky.social @edredfieldart.bsky.social · 18/05/2026

Uncensored and Uncensored Alt for posterity.

Kit still attempting to comprehend Mrs. Dawson's head exploding for no discernable reason right after claiming something would explain everything.

I decided if I was already doing an uncensored version, I may as well take it even further by having a situation where, standing closer than she should have been, Kit, and only Kit is splattered with Mrs. Dawson's head.

edredfieldart.bsky.social @edredfieldart.bsky.social · 18/05/2026

Not sure if i'm fully sold on Gameoverse yet, but I do very much like Kit. The concept got me thinking, what if Kit had to deal with a particularly difficult game protagonist... (Scene is censored just to be safe) #gameoverse #Kit #fanart #MikeDawson #DarkSeed

Kit decides to figure out how to save Dark Seed II. Unfortunately for her, she is tested when Dark Seed II turns out to not only be maybe not worth saving, but she also has to spend prolonged periods of time around Mike Dawson.

Witnessing the fate of Mike's mother and Mike's handling of the situation leaves her with nothing but pure shock and disbelief, questioning her life in all new ways.

A WIP fanart project of @roboticsteve.bsky.social 's Ring Cats OC Crimson. The idea is that she's making her film debut in a movie vehicle. Our sheriff looks to be doomed until she pulls out the legendary Train Suplex! I do plan to get back to this and do more. #fanart #RingCats

Crimson is in the classic peril of being tied to the tracks as an Old West Train barrels towards her.

Having used her strength to break free of her ropes, Crimson turns the tables, and the train itself by lifting it up, performing the oft spoken off Train Suplex technique, sending the bandit drives tumbling back down to Earth.

Another peril artwork, it's Leona being frozen solid! No matter what peril she gets herself into, she's always gonna be the cool one! This was also a fun exercise in drawing the ice and playing with Comic SFX. #Peril #ASFR #Leona #LeonaRED

Leona is frozen up to her shoulders and neck.

The ice engulfs Leona, who gives her words of defiance before being fully encased, albeit with a big grin on her face, confident she can get free (And she will!)

My OC Issac, who is the fourth member of the main cast of my project, alongside Kaye, Frankie and Leona. He's a younger kid who uses magic, as opposed to his friends being different forms of martial artists. #OC #Issac #IssacRED #Sketches

An early design of Issac, in his 'mage' clothes. The body and the eyes could have turned out better, but I was learning as I went.

Issac wearing casual clothes when he goes out in public.

Been working on some costume revisions for Leona. As much as I like the fur collar and wrists she's had in multiple commissions and drawings, I felt they didn't quite work. The fur collar in particular clashed with her long hair. #OC #Leona #WrestlingOC #WrestlingGal #LeonaRED

The first revision outfit. This one is sleeveless, has arm bands, wrist guards with fur edges, and wrestling trunks. However, her anatomy was pretty screwy, as I wrote down in my side notes.

The second revision. This one incorporates her exposed shoulders/deltoids from her past design. Her top now goes up to her sleeves and legs and is a one piece costume. Instead of armguards, she's got wristbands with fur. She also has a different pattern below her neck. The white pattern in both revisions is intended to invoke the fur collar.

I also took this opportunity to clean up her anatomy, and have her do I pose that I was more confident in pulling off, since i've gotten better at capturing proper bent arm poses.

I also want to thank @anaugi.bsky.social and @gage199x.bsky.social for helping capture the look of her through their commissions.

Anaugi's commission. This was a while ago, and I didn't have a proper design, but she helped define alot of elements that gave me an anchor for future revisions.

GAGE's commission where it's basically become the main visual i've had for her. I did eventually change the fur around her wrists, since I felt it wasn't working.

One of my older OCs, and the person who was the impetus of what I call Project Fighterland, Leona Wylde. Basically, after maining R.Mika in SFV for a while, I wanted someone like her I had more freedom to write. #Leona #OC #WrestlingGirl #MuscleGirl #WrestlingOC

Leona in her civilian clothes, she takes after her father and male wrestling fans. This was also my attempt to fully draw her with markers.

A later version of Leona I drew in her wrestling outfit. She's intended to have a lion theme to her outfit and her fighting style, along with her long, flowing 'mane'.

This is the next OC I want to show off is my catgirl OC Frankie. I wanted to have a character with more animal traits to contrast with Kaye in his own setting. I also wanted a character inspired by Videl from Dragon Ball, but she kinda became her own thing. #OC #Frankie #Anthro #FrankieRED #Furry

A recent colour sketch of Frankie I made with a mix of pencils and paper. Her arms are a bit thicker than I intended. Also has pencil colour guides for her palette.

B&W sketch I made earlier. Forgive the wonky feet, i'm still learning those. In this one, she has stripes on her upper head, I ultimately decided to remove those from future designs, because they didn't mesh well with her upper hair. Also I notice her hair 'spike' is the wrong way around.

This sketch also has her tail, which I didn't draw in the other sketch.

Finally, two more panels. These aren't as finished and lack dialogue, but for the sake of posterity I want to show them off. #Kaye #OC #Peril #KayeFantasy #KayeRED

The seaweed masses into a seaweed tsunami intended to swallow up Kaye. The panel to the upper right depicts a character who accompanied Kaye on this journey, a Koi Fish Samurai. The panel below it is intended to be Kaye cast in shadow as the tsunami looms over him.

However, this time, Kaye is prepared, and he readies his sword to take the wave head on.

With a single swipe, Kaye cleaves the seaweed tidal wave in half. Again, I had never done an action shot like this before, but I wanted to try.

Kaye's peril ends as he cuts himself free, and his battle against the deadly seaweed really begins! #Kaye #OC #peril #KayeFantasy #KayeRed

This was one of those things where I had to do a bunch of stuff I never had done before in terms of action choreography, to mixed effect. His arm in the third panel looks especially hideous to me, and i'm happy that I THINK i've gotten better. I'm still happy I made this.

110

edredfieldart.bsky.social @edredfieldart.bsky.social · 01/01/2026

The peril continues as Kaye is confronted with both revelations about Sushi and a chance to escape! I didn't draw this with too much thought to text bubbles, so i've crudely retrofitted them in. #Kaye #OC #mummification #kink #KayeFantasy #KayeRED

I really liked the Shiba-Inu chef here, and I realize I need to draw him again some day. Out of all the pages for this little story, this is my favorite.

This is a comic I made a few years ago, of Kaye the Hero getting himself in a perilous underwater adventure. This is the kind of kink i'm into. Tying up/mummification, but I also like it happening in an adventurous way where the victim has to escape a bad situation. #Kaye #OC #mummification #kink

Kaye is underwater in my take on the Zora Suit from Twilight Princess. It allows him to breath and swim better than he ever could.

Kaye is loving the feeling of swimming freely through the ocean, but he's taken by surprise when the seaweed around him suddenly begins wrapping around his body, actively restraining his limbs so he can't reach for his sword.

Overcome by the unending tendrils, Kaye's body is wrapped up, with his head next. His vision is masked by the plants as he's left a seaweed mummy, slowly being dragged deeper and deeper into the depths...

(The shot of his vision being engulfed was inspired by a moment in Cardcaptor Sakura)

This is my OC Kaye, a character I made as a Street Fighter/KOF inspired guy, and basically my main male OC. However, for fun, I made an alternate version of him that was tribute to the likes of Zelda and Dragon Quest. #OC #Sketches #Kaye #DogOC #KayeRED

Kaye's design circa around 2024. He's a dog/human hybrid. More human than dog, sans his ears and left arm. He tries to be stoic, cool and unflappable, but it doesn't take too much to bring out his awkward, dorky side.

A coloured version of Kaye I used to test out some new markers I got to mixed results. The eyes are where I wish I did better.

Kaye the Hero, his fantasy alt self. Unlike the prime version, he's more more compassionate and noble.

Originally I drew Hero Kaye with Dot Eyes, akin to Link's SSB64 artwork or something like Paper Mario. However, last year I swapped over to a different style, inspired by Deltarune. Primarily because it was both easier and more fun to do expressions with him.
