teacher's contract is not renewed. Unemployment never enters the picture. T's will often have salary split into 12 months to ensure a chk during summer months. Many get summer jobs to help supplement the crappy pay they get yr round from teaching. Hell, many work 2nd jobs yr round to survive period.

1-Screw him and his high ‘blue state’ energy costs bs. In TX I pay more for electric in my house that’s smaller than my old one in my previous state. Incidentally, the last house had 2 central HVAC units and was still cheaper. 2-so we can afford an AI tutor for every child yet cut schl budgets.

Not just confidence, but we also felt a sense of security to an extent. I think people as a whole took that for granted and became apathetic when it came to politics and our elections. Took for granted the rights so many before us fought for. That apathy opened the door to where we are now.
