We cannot solve complex challenges in the way we solve technical problems. We need a different approach and a new pedagogy. IDE Business School in Ecuador is our sandbox for developing new cases. We just released our case on my work with the Milwaukee water cluster.

Donald Schön called it a "reflective conversation with the situation." It’s what you do when, facing a complex challenge, you don’t know what to do.

@rbreich.bsky.social masterfully blends candid stories with a call to reclaim our democracy from the oligarchs — the bullies — who are destroying it. Bob has always been an inspiration to me…he gave me the courage to chart a different path early in my career. He inspires us. Quite a legacy.

Collaboration is not coordination or cooperation. It's not teamwork. Collaboration is an innovation process that you design and manage.

I am still amazed that we launched Strategic Doing across Ecuador in over 20 business clusters in the middle of a pandemic. 12 of these clusters continue to thrive.
