Scott Schneider @edlawdude.bsky.social · 19/11/2024Can I make the fairly obvious points that: (1) the Dept of Education does very little, in fact, to enforce Title IX; (2) which is why there is a private right of action (which is where most actual enforcement comes from); and (3) DOJ (among others) can and does enforce Title IX? 100
