Update, this is how that kind of turned out. Its a start, but I really wanted the cool and unknown of the Navy blue background with the warmth of the orange flashlight, so we're getting closer. Need to get a fog machine and a keylight to really separate my layers.

After running a combat session with Kids in Capes, I can 100% confirm this system is great and gets a high recommend. My players were able to do cool superhero shit, and were able to use character mechanics to do it in a more in depth way than with other "Kids On" games in my opinion.
