Britain's gov't is moving to make it criminal to share or participate in certain types of porns (incest and strangulation). It'll be interesting to see how that works out and how they go about implementing that change.

Kinda hate when someone responds to something I posted years ago. I just got a notification that someone responded to something I said 5 years ago. I was like, "This doesn't sound like a response to something I would've said." The response did not match what I actually said or even suggested. >_>

I assume they avoided using him after S3 because his complete lore makes most of the S1 and S2 cast look bad for no real reason, and Ryo's lore involves a lot of time travel, dimension hopping, and partner switching. Him being a main character in Tamers was also because of executive meddling.

Speaking of Ryo, I'm surprised Bandai/Digimon hasn't done more with him. He was the lead character of so many of the games and his story is technically canon, especially with S2 and S3 of Digimon, though the shows don't require you to know anything about his lore.

I've been rewatching "Digimon Tamers." I'm around episode 25ish... an episode before Ryo appears. I still enjoy it, but I don't think it hits me as strongly as it did upon my first watch. I really don't have nostalgia glasses for anything I look back on, tbh.

Anna Faris's response to Chuck Lorre was nice. Others wouldn't have been as nice because his criticism was mean and seemingly unprovoked.

I know Dancing With the Stars sparks occasional drama, but I didn't know it got to the level of a male dancer threatening violence against a female judge.

I shouldn't put blame mostly on Fifty though. There are other elements that made the movie less appealing to me as a SF fan. Andrew Schulz, for example.

000 0

That seems about right. Can't even be excited about it though because Fiddy Cent and his antics kinda made me not want to check it out.

It's wild to me that Netflix, Disney/Hulu, Youtube, and Amazon keep raising prices and changing their rules in regards to user interaction/shared accounts, yet ever year, they announce they're all cutting jobs.

One thing I appreciate about "Halloween Ends" is that Laurie got a happy ending... finally. Maybe Sidney will get one one day instead of being perpetually chased by ghostfaces.

So many Chuck Lorre headlines lately, and his latest one about Anna Faris seems so weird. She gave her sitcom with him 7 years, but he claims it found its true voice once she left. The show was canceled a season after she left... so I guess.

back in the olden days DOJ would investigate a particular crime it believed had been committed, rather than just poking around to see if anything was wrong

The investigation is seeking information to see where it leads, the source said. For example, if records, representations related to age and immigration status contain false information, that would provide material for investigators to scrutinize further. They could also examine communications related to such matters.

People seem to be upset with Todrick Hall for responding to critics in their comment sections, claiming it's unprofessional. He's allowed to respond to criticism. What an odd thing to suggest that he can't. You don't have to like his response or his tone, but he CAN respond, lol.

Why did the internet decide this Kelly Clarkson story needed to be a super big deal to the point of breaking down security footage? And why did ol' boy claim she put them in danger while giving 900 interviews? Everything surrounding the story seems highly dramatic and exaggerated.

Even outlets that initially started out as kid friendly, almost immediately morphed into shared spaces where adults infiltrated (see: Roblox, which was also predatory in a financial sense).

I keep thinking about the CN/Nickelodeon merger and how both channels mistreat a ton of their content and... I worry that their unification is going to lead to yet another arena where kids have no content or outlet. There's a significant lack of that these days.

Finding out that Jason Lee had a position in California's politics is bewildering because everything else about that man is celebrity gossip related, specifically that one time he lied about Queen Elizabeth being dead.

Social media made everyone think they have to give an opinion on everything. You do not. Sometimes, you shouldn't. I just saw someone complain about and try to reshape Bryan Cranston's grief based response. Dear person on the internet, he don't know you, and you don't know them.

I know this is an attempt to absolve Danny, but then the focus shifts to why his agent didn't do more research into the project before presenting it to Danny... and why Danny didn't do more fact checking before agreeing. This makes it seem like he was tricked into it.
