Some Edinburgh hospitality truths.
Turquoise handwritten text on a storefront window says, “Unfortunately, seagulls are not part of our team, so we cannot take responsibility for their naughtiness :-”. Small text at left lists opening hours, and the glass reflects nearby buildings and the street.

Creatime pairs 15.6g of protein with 3g of creatine monohydrate in an airy, nougat-style bar that lands at just 141 calories. We analysed the full nutritional breakdown and market pricing against 50 rivals. #ProteinBar

Review: Creatime creatine & protein bar - Edinburgh Reviews
Combining 15.6g of protein, 3g of creatine monohydrate, and collagen into a 141-calorie profile makes Creatime an exceptionally lean recovery option. The bite is light and soft, avoiding the dense chew and artificial aftertaste common to high-protein snacks. Direct orders require multi-pack commitments and site navigation can be clumsy, but the £2.40 per-bar economics beat forecourt retail pricing comfortably.
